Private Party Guidelines

  1. Booking in Advance: Please book your party at least two weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
  2. Guest Limit: Each party has a maximum capacity of 12-15 children and 24 adults to ensure a comfortable experience.
  3. No Alcohol: For the safety of all guests, no alcohol is permitted during the party.
  4. Supervision Required: Adult supervision is mandatory at all times.
  5. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, deposit is nonrefundable and reschedule is based on availability

Private Party Guidelines

  1. Respectful Play: We have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying. If a child is seen harassing others, we will respectfully ask the parent to address the situation, and the child may need to leave for the day to ensure a positive experience for all.
  2. Health Considerations: If you or your child are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you refrain from entering the play space. This helps us keep our community safe and healthy!
  3. Food and Beverages: To maintain a clean and enjoyable space, please enjoy all food and drinks in our designated café seating area. We welcome outside food and beverages here, but kindly ask that you do not bring them into the play area.
  4. Play Safely: For everyone's safety, please refrain from climbing up the slides or the main play structure.
  5. Furniture Use: We love that our guests are excited to play! However, please avoid standing on tables, chairs, or any furniture to prevent accidents.
  6. Socks: Socks are required for the play space for sanitary purposes. Grip socks recommended 

Additional Need-To-Know

No birthday or party celebrations are allowed during general admission hours. For party reservations, refer to our private party packages. 

For weekday options, contact us directly.  


Please keep all personal belongings at your table or in your designated cubby before entering the play space. For your peace of mind, The Social Play cannot be responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen items.
